Send me an email at jenna@totalcultstar.com with as much info as possible: your order number, email addy you used to place the order, your name/mailing addy, etc... And all the deets: if you want a new size, style, or just want a refund! I'll send you a return shipping label and will initiate your return/exchange as soon as I have your original items back!

If your package was damaged during shipping, please include photos so I can file a claim with the shipping company!

For refunds, you can get the amount refunded to your original payment method, or get a Cult Star gift card instead!
